Bringing home your newborn is an exciting time and a very personal experience, and a time that comes with many new changes. Boston NAPS is here to make this transition easier for you. Our team is equipped with the proper, relevant and the latest knowledge to provide you with high quality care. We specialize in providing prenatal education, in-home and group lactation support, and daytime and overnight nursing care. We also have a Boston NAPS Studio in South Boston that is a place for children and their parents and caregivers to come to and enjoy enrichment classes. Our Studio classes include music, dance, art, gym, yoga and much more! We have classes for children of all ages, classes for moms and babies, and classes for just moms. We also host event, workshops, and date nights!
